Very good news, also for the Ski World Cup races in Crans-Montana

The SSR and Swiss-Ski extend their partnership until 2021/22

Swiss-Ski and the SSR have extended their long-established partnership for winter sports for six seasons (2021/22); and its success is much awaited.  Channels and platforms of the SSR will continue to guarantee high quality for snow sports coverage.  In collaboration with Swiss-Ski and the Organisers of the Ski World Cup, the SSR will produce, worldwide and with its usual quality, TV coverage of all FIS Alpine skiing, cross country skiing and ski jumping events in Switzerland.  The competitions, amongst which include the Ladies World Cup competition in Crans-Montana, henceforth held annually, will be covered on its channels and platforms.

The SSR has made an agreement with the Swiss ski Federation,Swiss-Ski, for all events organised by the FIS in Switzerland, and notably Alpine skiing competitions, ski jumping competitions, cross country and ski Tour competitions, snowboard and freestyle/skicross competitions.  The contract included the production of the TV coverage that the SSR will continue to produce with the quality it is known for.  In addition, the SSR has pledged to include all coverage on Swiss territory and will offer in-depth coverage, on its channels and its platforms (television, radio, on-line/mobile), for events that take place in Switzerland.  The agreement is applicable until the 2021/22 season.
